The International Foundation for Women in the Media awards the Courage in Photojournalism Prize. This year’s prize goes to photographer Paula Bronstein, who lives in Bangkok, where she works for Getty Images. Her book Afghanistan between Hope and Fear was published by the University of Texas Press in 2016.
